Nat Luurtsema is a BAFTA-nominated screenwriter, BAFTA Rocliffe alumni, stand-up comedian, actor and author. She will soon be appearing in FLORENCE FOSTER JENKINS, directed by Stephen Frears. She wrote and starred in THREE WOMEN WAIT FOR DEATH, funded by Creative England, developed with Big Talk and Babycow; developed PARTY HARD, a political sitcom with CPL Productions/Channel 4, and is adapting the novel SPILT MILK BLACK COFFEE (by Helen Cross) into a feature film for Mighty Atom. Nat's short film ISLAND QUEEN was BAFTA-nominated and won 'Best Comedy' at several film festivals internationally, and her first feature film screenplay, ANNIE'S GOT BODY ISSUES, won the BAFTA Rocliffe Forum. She is now working on a feminist comedy zombie feature, called WET DEATH, and a comedy about the inventor of the sanitary towel - THE BLOSSOMING OF CHARLES HUFFAM.
