Matthew Crosby is a comedian and writer. He has appeared on 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled and in Dictionary Corner on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown. He also appeared as a newsreading dog on BBC1's Animal Antics, and hosted the live panel show The Humble Quest For Universal Genius in Edinburgh. He regularly performs stand-up comedy across the UK and beyond, including three successful solo Edinburgh shows. For more than a decade he has been working alongside Ben Clark and Tom Parry as part of the multi-award winning sketch team, Pappy's. Together they have performed 6 sell out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, completed 4 national tours, created award-winning podcasts, and gigged all over the world. They also created and wrote two series of the sitcom Badults for BBC 3, which they also starred in, and a short Christmas film for Sky Arts (available here: As well as a stand-up and acting, Matthew is a highly sought after writer for TV.
